Community Day of Yoga

On January 23 & 24, Bikram Yoga Kamloops will be hosting a Community Day of Yoga. We will provide FREE Bikram Hot Yoga Classes at 10am, 1pm, & 4pm both days. Classes are expected to fill up fast, so come early.

Thanks again to our students, Stephanie Bobinski and Marnie Plant, who competed in the woman's division. And to our teacher Ryan Federau, who gracefully took first place in the men's divison!
